We are located across from Bethesda's Cordell Avenue parking garage. Free parking on weekends!

Monday - Closed
Tuesday through Friday - 11:00 am to 6:00 pm
Saturday - 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
Sunday - Noon to 5:00 pm

Driving and Metro Directions

- From the north via SR #355/Wisconsin Avenue
Take SR #355 (Rockville Pike/Wisconsin Avenue) south past the National Institutes of Health campus. Take right-hand fork at Woodmont Avenue (look for red and black Welcome to Bethesda sign). Turn right at third traffic light, which is Cordell Avenue. Go past one stop sign. The Beaded Giraffe is in the middle of the next block on your right, across from the parking garage.

- From the north via Old Georgetown Road
Take Old Georgetown Road (SR #187) past the National Institutes of Health. At Cordell Avenue turn left. The Beaded Giraffe is in the middle of the block on your left, across from the parking garage.

- From the south via Wisconsin Avenue
Take Wisconsin Avenue and turn left on to Old Georgetown Road (SR #187). Take Old Georgetown Road to Cordell Avenue. Turn right on to Cordell Avenue, and The Beaded Giraffe is in the middle of the block on your left, across from the parking garage.

- Taking Metro?
Exit the Bethesda Metro station at Wisconsin Avenue/Old Georgetown Road. Walk north on Old Georgetown Road approximately five blocks to Cordell Avenue. Turn right and The Beaded Giraffe is on your right across from the parking garage.

- Taking the Trolley?
The Red Bethesda Circulator stops at the corner of Old Georgetown Road and Cordell Avenue, just steps from The Beaded Giraffe. You can catch the Trolley, which is free, at the Bethesda Metro Station or any of the 21 Trolley stops."
